Simulation Research on High-pressure Common Rail Injection System for Diesel Engines

摘要 建立了高压共轨燃油系统工作过程的数值仿真模型,仿真结果与试验数据吻合较好。利用该模型研究了喷油器不同喷孔直径和喷孔数的组合对喷油速率的影响。研究结果表明,运用软件仿真技术对高压共轨燃油系统进行仿真计算和优化设计是一种有效方法。 Simulation models of high pressure common rail system were established,simulation models were verified and modified by experimental data.The influences of nozzle hole diameter and nozzle hole number on injection rate were studied by means of this model.The results show that software simulation technology is an effective way for simulation calculation and optimization design of high pressure common rail system.
