摘要
基于容积法建立了1135型非增压柴油机工作过程的数学模型;介绍了柴油机缸内工作过程数学模型中主要参数的选择原则,发生倒流时进排气管内工质状态的计算方法和使用Matlab/Simulink开发柴油机模型的主要特点;对发生进气门处倒流时进气管内工质状态不同的计算方法进行了对比分析。仿真计算结果表明,基于容积法建立的非增压柴油机工作过程的数学模型对柴油机的动力性和经济性具有良好的预测效果;在非增压柴油机进排气管内热力过程的建模仿真中,可以忽略进气门处倒流对进气管内工质状态的影响。
Filling and emptying method was used to create the working process model of model 1135 naturally aspired diesel engine. The principle of selecting main parameters of the working process model was proposed. Calculation methods of working fluid temperature in intake and exhaust pipes when occuring backflow during overlapping period were compared and analyzed. The features of applying Matlab/Simulink to diesel engine modeling were described. The simulation results show that the diesel engine working process model based on filling and emptying method and its parameter selection are correct, and the model can better predict engine power and fuel economy performance. The conclusion is that the influence of back-flow at inlet valve region can be neglected when simulating thermodynamic process in intake and exhaust pipes.
