摘要
针对传统的两级APFC采用两套控制电路和多个功率开关管增加电路复杂程度及成本的问题,该文采用PFC/PWM复合控制芯片ML4824作为控制核心,并设计了一台160W单相两级式功率因数校正装置。分析了基于平均电流控制的单相两级有源功率因数校正电路的基本原理,提出了以ML4824为核心的单相两级有源功率因数校正装置的设计方法。实验结果证实了该装置的可行性和实用性。
Targeting the characteristics of the conventional active two-stage PFC approach needs two sets of control circuits and lots of power transistors,and there exists limitless for the complexity and high cost.In this article,the PFC/PWM control chip ML4824 is adopted,and a 160W symmetrical half-bridge two-stage APFC converter is developed.The basic principles of single-phase active power factor correction circuit based on the average current control method is detailed analyzed.An approach to design a single-phase APFC circuit by utilizing ML4824 IC is proposed.Experiment results show that the converter is feasible.
