直流变频压缩机驱动器的功率因数校正

Power Factor Correction of the DC-inverter Compressor Driver

摘要 本文针对变频压缩机功率因数较低的问题,采用连续导通模式,应用NCP1653芯片实现了有源PFC,设计和分析了组成电路工作原理,对关键元器件的选择和能耗给出了详细的分析计算。按照国标规范,使用带PFC的驱动器对变频压缩机进行测试。测试表明,有效地提高了变频压缩机驱动器的功率因数,取得了较为理想的结果。 The power factor of the inverter compressor driver was improved using the chip of NCP1653 with CCM which is applied in APFC, since the power factor of the inverter compressor which had been in application was low. The working principle of circuit was designed and analyzed. The key components were selected and the power consumption was analyzed and calculated in details. At last, a test on the inverter compressor whose driver added with PFC was made according to national standard and obtaind the ideal results with its power factor effectively raised.
