摘要
本文对近20年来艾滋病(AIDS)的流行趋势与研究进展作了综述 ,并进行了述评。认为该病的流行在我国已经过散发期、局部流行期 ,并转入广泛流行期 ;其防治研究除已总结出7大成就及研制出能抑制病毒的西药外 ,人们已把目光投向价廉的中草药 ,研制成功的中药复方制剂有克艾可、中研1号、艾滋宁等 ,它们均有不同程度的免疫调节功能 ,部分制剂尚有抗病毒作用。指出今后应加大投入 ,组织攻关队伍 ,打破各自为战的状态 ,采用中西医结合方法 ,将重点放在药物研究上 ,强调病毒与免疫两方面 ,争取早日攻克这一难关。
This paper summarizes the epidemic trend,research and development of AIDS in the past 20 years,and reviews them.In our country, AIDS has spent the period from sporadic,epidemic to pandemic.In the prevention and cure field, Human have acquired 7 great achievements and invented antiviral western medicine.Today people begin to pay attention to low-priced Chinese medicinal herbs and have sucessfully invented Chinese compound patent medicine,such as Keaike,Zhongyan No.1,Aizining and so on.They all can regulate immunologic function in different degree,Some of them also have the effect of antivirotic.In order to solve the difficult problem earlier,the authors think that we must increase the investment,organize a strong team,break out the closed situation ,combine Chinese medicine and western medicine,attach importance to pharmacology research,and emphasize both virus and immunity.
