摘要
采用盐酸脱铝-碱金属或碱土金属离子交换制备了改性BEA沸石催化剂,并进行催化剂XRD、SEM表征。以上述改性BEA沸石为催化剂、以异丙醇为氢源,通过MPV反应考察了催化剂还原香茅醛合成香茅醇的性能。结果表明,在环化合成异胡薄荷醇和MPV还原合成香茅醇的两种竞争反应中,脱铝-离子交换改性沸石Cs-BEA对于MPV反应合成香茅醇表现出良好的催化活性和选择性。对反应物香茅醛和异丙醇摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间、催化剂重复使用等反应条件的影响研究,在最优条件下,香茅醛转化率达到95.4%,香茅醇选择性达到93.4%。
The modified BEA zeolite catalysts were prepared by HCl dealumination and ion-exchange with alkali or alkaline salts.The catalysts were characterized by XRD and SEM.The catalytic activities were evaluated by MPV reduction of citronellal to citronellol with isopropanol.The results showed that,the modified Cs-BEA zeolites prepared by dealumiation-ionexchange exhibited excellent activity and selectivity for MPV reduction of citronellal to citronellol.In this paper,the effect of reaction conditions such as the mole ratio of citronellal to isopropanol,catalyst loading and reaction time was also examined.Under the optimum conditions,the conversion of citronellal was 95.4% and the selectivity of citronellol was 93.4%.
