摘要
采用连续流动微型固定床反应装置,研究了M催化剂对香茅醛在常压下气相加氢制香茅醇的反应。通过对几种不同的金属催化剂的筛选,得到了一种转化率和选择性均较高的加氢催化剂M催化剂。考察了该催化剂在不同焙烧温度和不同的负载量下对其活性的影响,同时对反应的影响也进行了探讨。
MAl2O3 catalyst for vapourphase hydrogenation of citronellal to citronellol under normal pressure have been studied in a continuous flow and fixedbed micro reactor. The effects of reaction conditions on the reaction were discussed. The results showed that MAl2O3 as catalyst had high conversion and selectivity for the reaction. The effects of calcination temperature and loading on the surface area of catalysts were examined.
