摘要
利用RAPD技术对大娄山地区3个居群29个巴山榧树个体进行了遗传多样性分析。结果表明:12个10 bp寡核苷酸引物共检测到81个位点,其中多态性位点61个。在物种水平上,大娄山区巴山榧树的多态性位点百分率为75.31%,Nei’s基因多样性指数为0.243 7,Shannon’s信息指数为0.370 3;而在居群水平上,遗传多样性相对较低,依次为54.32%、0.197 0和0.293 1。3个居群间的基因分化系数为0.191 5,居群间的遗传分化程度较低,居群间的基因流为2.110 4。结果表明大娄山区巴山榧树的遗传多样性较高,绝大部分变异分布于居群内。
Genetic diversity of 29 individuals of three Torreya fargesii Franch.populations in Daloushan Mountains were analyzed using RAPD markers.A total of 81 loci were detected using twelve 10-bp random primers,of which 61 were polymorphic.At the species level,the percentage of polymorphic loci(P) was 75.31%,and the genetic diversity estimated by Nei's genetic diversity index(h) and Shannon's information index(I) was 0.243 7 and 0.370 3 respectively.However,at the population level,the genetic diversity was relatively low for P,h and I,which were 54.32%,0.197 0 and 0.293 1 respectively.The coefficient of gene differentiation(Gst) was 0.191 5,indicating a low genetic differentiation among the populations of T.fargesii and a gene flow of 2.110 4.Results show that T.fargesii in this area has a relatively high level of genetic diversity,and most of the differentiation is within population.
