摘要
本文以G4-73型离心风机为研究对象,将其机翼型叶片改为单板型叶片,采用CFD商用软件Fluent6.1进行了三维实体建模,并采用调整气动设计参数的整机流场数值模拟方法来优化其性能。最后制作样机并进行性能试验,不仅得出单板叶片的G4-73设计工况的全压和效率均与原机翼型风机基本吻合,而且在一定程度上改善了原G4-73离心风机大流量工况,达到了节能改型设计的目标。
In this paper,with G4-73No8D centrifugal fan as the research object,changing the airfoil blade to the plate blade,the 3-D solid model of centrifugal fan is carried out with CFD software FLUENT6.1,and the aerodynamic design parameters of the machine numerical simulation adjusted to optimize its performance.Finally,product prototype is made and performance tests are conducted,The result not only showed that the total pressure and efficiency of the design condition of plateblade fan basically agree with the original type,but also improved the high flow condition of the original centrifugal fan of G4-73 greatly,achieving the goal of energy saving retrofit design.
