摘要
采用三维定常、可压缩的SIMPLEC算法,对一离心通风机的运行性能进行了整机三维数值模拟并进行了试验测量。对通风机设计工况下叶轮和蜗壳流道内的速度与压力分布情况进行了重点分析,与试验测量数据的比较结果表明数值模拟结果在全压、效率等性能参数方面的预测均较准确。在此基础上针对流动存在问题,对蜗壳型线进行了改进设计。数值分析表明蜗壳变型线后叶轮内部流场得到明显改善,设计工况下风机静压提高10%,全压提高6%,全压内效率提高2.6%。
An 3-D steady, compressible and second-order upwind scheme SIMPLEC algorithm were used to simulate the flow field of a centrifugal blower. The simulation results described both the through flow velocity and the pressure field along several radial planes. It was found that the numerical simulation and the experimental results were good accordant in total pressure, inner efficiency etc. It was found that the flow field of the centrifugal fan was improved by changing the Volute Type. It was obtained that the static pressure was improved by 10 percent, 3 percent to total pressure and 2.6 percent to efficiency.
