摘要
为了研究SO2对昆虫天敌的影响,本试验采用单体和群体饲养的方法研究了0(ck)、85.5、199.5、399.0和570.0 mg/m35个SO2浓度处理对异色瓢虫[Harmonia axyridis(Pallas)]的生长发育和体内保护酶的影响。结果表明:各个不同浓度的SO2都能促进异色瓢虫幼虫的发育进度,提高幼虫的体重平均增长率,降低幼虫的死亡率,但对幼虫的发育历期没有明显影响。SO2处理对异色瓢虫成虫保护酶有显著影响,与对照相比,85.5和399.0 mg/m3的浓度处理能明显提高SOD酶的活性,85.5 mg/m3的浓度处理能提高CAT酶的活性,4个SO2浓度处理均能提高POD酶的活性。
In order to better understand the effects of insect natural enemies,the effects of sulfur dioxide(ck,85.5,199.5,399.0 and 570.0 mg/m3)stress on the growth and protective enzymes of Harmonia axyridis with individual and group feeding method.Results showed that every different concentration of sulfur dioxide promoted the development progress of larva;average growth rate of body weight of larva increased;the mortality of larva decreased although development stage of larva was not affected;effects of sulfur dioxide on the protective enzymes towards adult of Harmonia axyridis were significant;compared with the control,SOD activity significantly increased with concentrations of 85.5 and 399.0 mg/m3 sulfur dioxide;CAT activity significantly increased with concentrations of 85.5 mg/m3 sulfur dioxide;and POD activity significantly increased with four concentrations of sulfur dioxide.
