摘要
采用双辊薄带铸轧机制备出磷含量(质量分数,%)为0.15%的新型高磷耐候钢薄带。对比研究了常规薄带和铸轧薄带冷轧退火后的组织、深拉伸性能,并通过对常规薄带和铸轧薄带中心层织构演变规律的分析探讨了冷轧退火后的铸轧薄带深拉伸性能较好的原因。结果表明,在设定的工艺条件下冷轧退火后,铸轧薄带和常规薄带的组织均为铁素体和珠光体组成的平衡态组织,铸轧薄带纵断面上晶粒取向分布更均匀;常规薄带和铸轧薄带中γ取向线强度相当,导致塑性应变比r值相当,而铸轧薄带中{111}<110>织构强度比常规薄带降低50%导致Δr大幅减小,提高了深拉伸性能。
A new high P weathering resistance steel cast strip containing 0. 15% P was fabricated by using a pilot twin-roll strip caster, whose structure and deep drawability property was investigated by comparison with conventional strip, and the reason for better deep drawability property of cast strip after cold rolling and annealing was discussed by the analysis of center layer texture evolution for both strips. It was found that structures of both cast strip and conventional strip were made up of ferrite and pearlite after cold rolling and annealing through process in the present wok, and that crystal orientation distribution through longitudinal section of cast strip was more homogeneous, γ orientation density in both strips was almost equal, resulting in correspondence of the values of r, but { 111 } 〈 110〉 orientation density in cast strip reduced by 50% than that in conventional strip, leading to decreasing of the value of △r, improving deep drawability property.
