摘要
文章给出了一种非标准试样的低温冲击试验方法。采用有限元法计算了0.8 mm薄带钢低温冲击试验中的温升,校正了冲击时刻试样的温度。采用薄带低温冲击试验方法对比研究铸轧高磷耐候钢薄带和常规薄带非标准试样的冲击韧性。结果发现,温度校正后,0.8 mm薄带的韧脆转变温度(DBTT)与标准冲击试样基本相同,表明用低温冲击试验方法进行薄带韧脆转变温度测定是可行的。铸轧薄带的韧脆转变温度比磷含量相同的常规薄带大约低10℃。
In the present work,a new low temperature impacting test method was conducted for nonstandard sample.Increase of temperature for 0.8mm strip steel in low temperature impacting test was computed and the impact temperature for the strip was corrected by using the finite element method.Impacting toughness for the conventional and cast strip nonstandard samples was contrastively investigated by using the low temperature impacting test me-thod in this paper.The results show that ductile-brittle transition temperature(DBTT) for the 0.8mm strip containing 0.08% P corresponded to that for standard sample,indicating that it was feasible to measure DBTT by using the low temperature impacting test in this paper;the ductile-brittle transition temperatures(DBTT) for the cast strips were measured to be lower by about 10℃ than those for the conventional strips with equal P contents.
