摘要
目的:观察金欣口服液对感染呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)大鼠血清中IL-6、IL-8的影响。方法:将56只SD大鼠随机分为7组,分别为正常组,模型组,金欣高、中、低剂量治疗组,预先给药组,利巴韦林治疗组。用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定各组SD大鼠血清中IL-6、IL-8的水平。结果:大鼠感染RSV后血清中IL-6、IL-8水平均高于正常组(P<0.05),金欣治疗组及利巴韦林组干预后IL-6、IL-8水平显著降低(P<0.01);与利巴韦林组相比,金欣高剂量组、预先给药组的IL-6的水平明显降低(P<0.01);预先给药组中,血清IL-6的水平低于中、低剂量组(P<0.01),而IL-8水平比高、中、低剂量组均显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:金欣口服液能降低两者的水平,且以预先给药方式更为有效,推测可以预防和治疗感染RSV的大鼠。
Objective ： To observe the effect of Jinxin Oral Liquid on the expression of rats＇s erum IL - 6, IL - 8 after RSV infection. Method： 56 SD rats were divided into 7 groups randomly and equally： normal group, model group, higher, middle, lower dosages of Jinxin group by intragastric administration （ig） （HIG, MIG, LIG）, ribavirin intragastrie group （ RIG）, pre - Jinxin intragastric group （PIG）. Serum levels of IL - 6, IL - 8 were measured by double antibody sandwich enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） in each group. Results ： After intervention, IL - 6, IL - 8 serum levels were significantly higher in model group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Compared with RIG, IL -6 levels in HIG, PIG were decreased significantly （P 〈0. 01 ）. The expression of IL -6 in PIG was significantly lower than that in MIG, LIG （P 〈 0. 01 ）. And the expression of IL -8 in PIG was significantly lower than that in HIG, MIG, LIG （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Jinxin oral liquid can decrease serum IL -6, IL -8 expression, and it is a good way to inhibit RSV infection more effectively by intragastric administration in advance.
