原发性癫痫患者夜间痫样放电的相关因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨原发性癫痫患者夜间痢样放电的相关因素。方法:回顾性分析90例原发性癫痫患者的夜间多道睡眠图(PSG)检查结果,将检出夜间“痫样放电”者设为观察组,夜间“无痫样放电”者设为对照组,对两组患者基础情况、睡眠结构及相关事件进行对比,同时对夜间痫样放电相关因素进行分析。结果:两组在年龄、体重、身高、体重指数、发作形式、入睡潜伏期、睡眠总时间、睡眠效率、睡眠维持率、浅睡期比例、深睡期比例、清醒期比例和孤立性腿动指数方面比较差异有显著意义,(P〈0.05)。相关和回归分析显示痫样放电与年龄、体重指数、发作形式、入睡潜伏期、睡眠效率、睡眠维持率和清醒期比例有相关性。其中夜间痫样放电与体重指数和睡眠维持率呈正相关(β=1.692、3.065,P〈0.05),与年龄、发作形式、睡眠效率、入睡潜伏期和清醒期比例呈负相关(β=-4.5、-1.742、-2.358、-1.424和-2.696,P〈0.05)。结论:夜间痫样放电的相关因素有年龄、体重指数、发作形式、入睡潜伏期、睡眠效率、睡眠维持率和觉醒期比例。 [Obstraet] Objective:To explore the related factors in night epileptiform discharge (NED)in idiopathic epilepsy. Methods: Retrospective analysis of polysomnography (PSG) examination results in 90 patients with idiopathic epilepsy, including cases with NED as the observed group, cases without NED as the control group. The basic situature, sleep struction and related factors were analyzed in NED of the two groups. Results:There were significant differences between in the two groups in the age, weight, height, forms of seizure, sleep latency, the total sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep maintenance rate, the proportion of shallow sleep period , deep sleep period, awake period and isolation leg index P〈 0.05. Regression and correlation analysis showed that NED was correlated with age, body mass index(BMI), sleep latency, forms of seizure, sleep maintenance rate , efficiency ratio and the proportion of awake period. NED was positively correlated with BM1 and sleep maintenance rate (β=1. 692, 3. 065, P〈0.05), and have negative correlation with age, forms of seizure, sleep efficiency, sleep latency and proportion of awake period (β= -4.5.--1. 742.-2. 358.-2. 696.-1. 424, P〈0.05). Conclusion: The related fac tors for NED are age, BMI, form of seizures, sleep latency, sleep maintenance rate, sleep efficiency and proportion of awake period.
