睡眠过渡过程中的脑态分析及过渡自适应控制

摘要 目的采用自适应的外部干预刺激,分析人脑在睡眠过渡过程中的状态,并在此基础上,改变刺激来抑制被试者的有害认知活动,缩短其入睡潜伏期。方法给15名睡眠良好者/失眠者提供自适应外部干预刺激,获取他们在睡眠行为反应实验中的行为反应量。结果睡眠正常组的10名被试者,在实验中都丧失了对外部刺激的感知和反应能力,主观上也认为自己都睡着了,该组被试者的入睡潜伏期通常都在20min左右,在实验中缩短到11min左右。睡眠异常组中,3名轻度失眠者通常的入睡潜伏期都在30min以上,在实验中均被缩短到20min左右;另外的2名严重失眠者的入睡潜伏期通常都在120min左右,实验中有1人在50min内入睡,另1人未睡着。结论采用自适应的外部干预刺激,能够有效地缩短人的入睡潜伏期;便携式睡眠监控仪,操作简单可靠,能达到无唤醒、无干扰的目的。 Objective We analysed the states of brain in sleep transition by using adaptive external intervention stimuli.On this basis,we controlled the harmful cognitive activity of sleepers and shortened their sleep latency by changing stimuli.Methods Giving adaptive external intervention stimuli to 15 good sleeps/insomnias,and then we got the amount of behavioral response of these subjects in sleep behavioral response test.Results In the normal sleepers group,all of the ten good sleepers lost their perception of external stimuli and their responsiveness in the test,and they all believe that they had fell asleep in the test subjectively.The normal sleep latency of these good sleeps were at about 20 minutes,but they all had been shortened at about 11 minutes.In the insomnia group,the normal sleep latency of three mild insomnias were all above 30 minutes,but they were shortened in 20 minutes in the sleep test;The normal sleep latency of the other two severe insomnias were at about 120 minutes,one fell asleep in 50 minutes in the sleep test,but the other one did not fall asleep in the sleep test.Conclusion It is useful to shorten sleep latency of these subjects by using adaptive external intervention stimuli.The portable sleep machine is easy to operate and very reliable.We can use it without awakening and obstruction.
