摘要
目的:探索农村及城市社区医院院前急救技术的继续教育方法。方法:533名农村及城市社区医院医护人员,采用多种教学方法与考核指标,进行院前急救医疗技术的培训。结果:基层医务人员的构成以初级职称及低学历为主;学习前、后相关理论知晓率及技术操作掌握率增加;学员对教学方法认同率高。结论:采用以麻醉科牵头,多科联合教学的方法,引进新设备仪器,重视实践操作,有助于提高基层医院院前急救水平。
Objective：To investigate the teaching way of continuing education on prehospital medical care in rural and community hospitals.Methods：533 medical staffs of rural and community hospitals were trained for prehospital medical care by multiple teaching methods and examining indexes.Results：The staffs in rural and community hospital were mainly junior professional titles and low qualifications.The awareness rate of related theory and grasping rate of technical operation were increased after training.The recognition rate to teaching way was high.Conclusion：Premising the anesthetic department in the lead,adopting the teaching method combining multiple departments,introducing new instruments and paying attention to practical operation are helpful to increase the level of prehospital medical care in rural and community hospitals.
