摘要
目的了解社区医护人员掌握心电图急性心肌梗死(AMI)相关知识情况。方法采用问卷调查及授课方法,对52名社区医护人员进行调查并培训,了解培训前、后掌握正常心电图、AMI心电图相关知识的知晓情况,并进行比较。结果培训后社区医护人员掌握正常心电图、AMI心电图相关知识水平比培训前明显提高,培训前后各项内容比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区医护人员心电图相关知识相对欠缺,通过培训使其掌握更多的院前急救AMI相关知识,以降低AMI患者病死率,提高抢救成功率。
Objective To understand the mastering of electrocardiogram（ECG）related knowledge about emergency medical treatment on AMI（Aeute Myocardial Infaretion）in pre-hospital care in. Methods Questionnaires and teaching were applied for 52 community medical staff, the mastering effect of ECG-related knowledge of normal-ECG and AMI-ECG was compared before and after training. Results Compared with the conditions before training, the mastering ECG-related knowledge of normal and AMI ECG in community medical staff was significantly improved （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Training earl improve community medical staff mastering more knowledge about emergency medical treatment on AMI in pre-hespital care,and reduce the mortality of AMI patients and increased the success rate in saving patients.
