摘要 制备Nafion膜修饰玻碳电极,并研究其对多种电活性物质的通透性。以一系列不同浓度(质量分数分别为0.5%、2%、3%、5%)的Nafion溶液,采用滴涂或蘸涂方式制成Nafion膜修饰玻碳电极。利用循环伏安法,通过测定铁氰化钾、抗坏血酸、多巴胺等电活性物质在玻碳电极和不同厚度Nafion膜修饰电极表面的响应情况,比较Nafion膜成膜方式和膜厚度对膜通透性的影响;比较了Nafion膜对不同电活性物质向电极表面传质的阻碍程度。 The Nation modified glass carbon electrode was fabricated, and the penetration of Nation film to several electroacrive substances was studied. A series of Nation solutions of different mass fraction(0.5% ,2% ,3% ,5% ) were fixed on glass carbon e lectrode by dropping or dipping to fabricate Nation modified electrode. The electrochemical behavior of several substances, such as potassium ferricyanide, ascorbic acid, dopamin on Nation modified electrode was investigated to compare the influence of making method and thickness of the Nation film on the penetration. The penetration of Nation film to above mentioned substances was studied systemat- ically.
