摘要
世界经济的不平衡发展使国家间形成了不平衡的环境规制结构。围绕不平衡环境规制结构和贸易自由化,学术界形成了大量的理论争论。本文对这一领域理论和实证研究的主要方面进行了综述和评论。本文对文献的梳理沿着两条主线展开:一是综述了环境规制强度对贸易模式和吸引FDI的影响;二是综述了贸易自由化对总体环境效应的影响。

This paper presents a literature survey on an unbalanced environment regulation structure ation structure and trade liberation, there are many the debate and the latest development in this field. The literature survey spreads along two lines, one summarizes the impacts of the environment regulation intensity on the trade mode and FDI; the other summarizes the total environment effects of the trade liberation.
