摘要
现阶段失地农民问题引起全社会的关注。通过对失地农民整体规模和趋势的分析以及生活现状的调查,大多认为失地农民问题产生的直接原因是征地补偿存在问题,但其根本原因是农民权益流失论、征地补偿制度缺陷论两种看法。应建立失地农民社会保障体系;改革现有征地制度;采取措施促进失地农民再就业。
Nowadays,the landless farmers problems aroused the concern of the whole society.Through the analysis of land-lost farmers＇ whole scale and trend as well as investigation of the present situation of life,most think the directly cause of landless farmers problems is draft compensates problems,but the root cause is the farmer rights erosion theory and land compensation system defect theory.So we should establish land-lost farmers social security system,reform the existing land expropriation system and take measures to promote land-lost farmers employed again.
