摘要
在微机上对ZH1105W型非对称柴油机活塞进行三维稳态温度场的有限元分析.规模为4911个节点、3498个8节点六面体等参元,通过调整活塞表面对流换热系数和环境温度的分布,使12个测点温度与计算温度场中对应点温度差控制在一定范围内.调整的最后结果,拟合误差在1%以内.根据最后计算结果绘出不同截面的等温线,还进行了温度分布分析.
On a micro-computer the finite element analysis was made on 3-D temperaturefield of mode ZH1105W unsymmetrical diesel engine piston with 4 911 nodes and 3 498 8-nodehexahedron isoparametric elements. By modifying the convection coefficients and environmenttemperature, the difference between the measured values and calculated values of 12 points in thepiston boundary fit can be limited in a satisfied range. The final modified results show that thefitting error is lower than 1%. According to the final numerical results, the iso-temperature graphsof some sections were drawn.
