摘要
在分析了企业并购信息的来源和并购信息与并购企业管理者的关系的基础上,探讨了并购目标的寻找与评估过程,提出了并购企业对并购目标的来源与审查、并购前景描述及并购目标评估的规范化模式和步骤.
On the basis of analyzing the information resources of Merger and Acquisition (M&A) , and the relationship between them and the management of the acquierer, this paper makes an inquiry into the searching and evaluating process of M&A targets, put forward the normal modes and steps of the resources and investigation of M&A targets, description of prospective M&A targets, and the evaluation of M&A targets for the acquierer
