本文讨论了经验效应和市场增长率对企业制定并购战略的影响,将市场份额理论中的规划工具──经验曲线,与反映行业引力的关键因素──市场增长率相结合,提出了一个新的对并购战略进行技术分析和评价的模型,从而为企业制定并购战略提供决策依据。
This paper discusses the influences of experience effect and market growth rate to enterprise merger and acquisition strategies, and provides decision support for enterprises to formulate their merger and acquisition strategies, puts forward a new model for analysing and evaluating merger and acquistion strategies. The model combines the experience curve as a planning approach in market share theory and the market growth as a key factor to reflect industry attractiveness.
