摘要
目的:通过检测P53在肾细胞癌(RCC)中的表达,探讨它们与肾癌的发生、病理分级、临床分期的关系。方法:免疫组织化学方法检测40例RCC石蜡标本中CD44v6和P53的蛋白表达,并分组进行统计学分析。结果:P53在RCC中表达率与对照组相比明显升高(P<005),但不同病理分级、临床分期之间差异无显著性(P>005)。结论:P53高表达可能成为肾癌的恶性表型之一,但该指标与病理分级、临床分期无明显相关性。
