摘要
Co2 + 和5BrPADAT 在含有NH2OH·HCl 的pH= 5 的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,能生成稳定的红色络合物。用12 mol/L 硫酸酸化,其颜色会变得更深,使得吸光度增加,其λmax = 570nm ,ε570 = 1 .43 ×105 L·mol- 1·cm -1 。在强酸性介质中测定,消除了常见离子包括Fe( Ⅲ) 和Cr( Ⅵ) 的干扰,提高了方法的选择性。将本法用于小麦、麸皮、大米、牛肉及茶叶等食品中微量元素钴的测定。
Cobalt and 5 Br PADAT formed stable red complex in a phosphate buffur solution at pH=5 containing NH 2OH·HCl.After acidification with 12 mol/L H 2SO 4,the color of the complex became darker and absorption of the light was also increased.It's λ max =570 nm,ε 570 =1.43×10 5 L·mol 1 ·cm 1 .Therefore the interferences of common ions including Fe 3+ and Cr(? were all eliminated,and the selection of the method is better.The recommended produce has been applied to the determination of Co 2+ in food samples,and the satisfactory results were obtained.
