导数分光光度法测定水中微量铜

DETERMINA TION OF TRACE COPPER IN WATER BY DERIVATIVE SPECTROPHOTOMETRY

摘要 利用导数分光光度法对水中微量铜的测定进行了研究。在pH37 HAcNaAc 介质中,当表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SLS) 存在时,铜与meso四( 对三甲胺基苯基) 卟啉形成1∶2 的稳定配合物,其最大吸收在420 nm ,较采用导数分光光度法之前的ε= 24 ×105 提高了5倍。铜在0 ~14 μg/(25 mL) 内有良好线性关系。相对标准偏差小于3 % ,加标回收率在98 %~103 % 之间。 A method for the determination of trace copper in water is proposed.In the medium of Hac NaAc(pH3.7),copper reacts with meso tetre(4 trimethylammmoniumphenyl) proprin[T(4 TMAP)P] forming a complex in the presence of surfactant SLS.The maximum absorptive wavelength is 410 nm.When measured with “peak valley measurement”,the values of second derivation are proportional to the concentration of Cu 2+ in the rage of 1 1.4 μg/ (25 mL) and the determination sensitivity can raise five times than that of spectrophotometry method.The average recovery of copper is between 98%~103%.Their coefficient of variation is less than 3%.The method has been used to the determination of trace copper in drinking water and the lake water.
