摘要
依据有关标准对国产及进口谷物粉尘样品进行了物理化学特性、爆炸特性参数及影响因素的测定，同时对国产谷物粉尘研磨后与筛分后的爆炸特性、国产谷物粉尘与进口加拿大小麦粉尘的爆炸特性进行了比较。通过测定得到了国产谷物粉尘理化特性参数，依据测定结果对国产谷物粉尘的爆炸危险性进行了评估。
The use of effective safety measures in grain processing plant requires accurate knowledge of the explosion properties of the grain dust concerned. In order to get a sufficient general view of the danger of domestic grain dusts, the explosion properties and physical, chemical properties of domestic grain dusts were tested, and the explosion properties were obtained, also withe the physical and chemical properties. From the data obtained, the dust explosion hazard is assessed according to international standards. This study will provide theoretical foundation for the safety operating rules and explosion prevention and protection techniques in grain, feed and flour processing industry.
