摘要
对所采集煤尘样品进行实验分析,测定了不同粒径范围下煤尘层和煤尘云的最低着火温度。结果表明,煤尘层和煤尘云的最低着火温度随着煤尘粒径的减小而降低;煤尘层的最低着火温度随煤尘层厚度的增大而降低;同一粒径范围内,煤尘层的最低着火温度低于煤尘云的最低着火温度。分析了煤尘层最低着火温度与煤尘云最低着火温度概念上的区别,并对煤矿防尘工作提出了可行建议。
Analyzed the coal dust samples we collected, mensurated the minimum ignition temperature of coal dust layer and coal dust cloud in different diameter range. The results showed that the minimum ignition temperature of both coal dust layer and coal dust cloud was reduced as the eoal dust diameter minished. The minimum ignition temperature of coal dust layer was reduced as the thickness of coal dust layer became thinner. In the same diameter range, the minimum ignition temperature of coal dust layer was lower than coal dust cloud. Analyzed the difference between coal dust layer minimum ignition temperature and coal dust cloud minimum ignition temperature. Given some viable suggestions to dust prevention in coal mine.
