摘要
对振子与弯曲刀杆之间在不同耦合方式下系统特性的研究表明,弯曲振动型超声波振动切削系统中振子与弯曲刀杆的最佳耦合点应是波腹耦合点.根据耦合的运动协调和能量传输条件及常用几种耦合形式的结构分析,提出了一种振子末端采用菱形锥体与弯曲刀杆上短锥面相配合的新型结构,该结构具有设计与调整方便。
Based on the research of the characteristic of ultrasonic vibration cutting system under various coupling forms between bending holder and vibrator,it was improved that antinodal point on the bending holder is the best coupling point.A new kind of coupling structure was proposed through the analysis if the coupling movement condition and the power transforming condition and several coupling structures in common use.This structure has the character of easy design and adjustment,working well,etc.
