摘要
从系统整体的角度出发,对振子自由中置式超声振动切削系统在空载和负载下的二级变幅特性进行了系统的理论分析和试验。揭示了系统结构参数和负载对二级变幅的影响,为超声振动系统的优化设计提供了指导。
From the system point of view, a twostage amplification of ultrasonic vibration cutting systemwith non-clamped symmetrical connecting vibrator wasstudied theoretically and experimentally under differentload conditions. The influence of system structure parameters and load conditions on two-stage amplificationwas proposed, which would be useful for the design ofultrasonic vibration cutting system.
