摘要
研究了采用化学发泡法进行微发泡的 P P/ Ca C O3 复合体系的注射成型工艺.复合体系中 Ca C O3 填充量可达80 份,当发泡剂用量为0.6 份~1.0 份,交联剂用量为0.1 份~0.3 份,成核剂适量时,所得 P P/ Ca C O3 复合材料的综合性能优良,比 P P降低成本约30%
The injextion moulding of the microcellular PP/CaCO 3 composites which were made from mothod of chemical was studied.When the content of CaCO 3 is 80 share,the content of blister is 0.6 share^1.0 share,the content of cross linking agent is 0.1 share^0.3 share,the content of nucleating agent is adequate,the microcellular PP/CaCO 3 composite keep superior properties,reduce production costs about 30%.
