摘要
以ＰＥ／ＥＶＡ共混体系为基本原料，制备了特种珠光微泡膜．研究了原料配比、工艺参数对这种微泡膜性能的影响，并与普通聚乙烯薄膜进行了性能比较．结果表明：利用普通的吹膜设备可以生产出性能优良的ＰＥ珠光微泡膜，其各项性能指标均达到普通ＰＥ薄膜水平，且具有普通ＰＥ薄膜所没有的珠光效果和柔韧的手感，同时可节省原材料２０％左右，降低成本约１５％．
The special cellular pearlized film is prepeared from PE/EVA blend.The effects of compounding ratio,technoloy parameter on the properties of the cellar film are studied.The properties of the cellular film are compared with ordinary polyethylene film.The results show that make use of the common equipment can product PE polyethylene cellular pearlized film.The new method has the advantages of pearlized benefit and the handle of pliable and tough in comparison with the existing method;besides,it uses material resources sparingly,save material about 20% and reduces production costs about 15%.
