摘要
目的探讨大鼠体温调节的中枢机制。方法通过毁损SCN和松果体以及在松果体中注入MTX,观察大鼠一天中体温的变化规律。结果毁损SCN后不影响大鼠的体温和昼夜节律性。毁损松果体以及在松果体中注入MTX后,大鼠的体温明显下降,并且昼夜节律性也消失。结论松果体通过MT调节大鼠的体温节律。
Objective To study the
system of temperature regulation in rat. Methods We observed the rat temperature rhythm in one
day when SCN or pineal was injured or MTX was injected to pineal. Results The rat temperature
and circadian wasn't affected when SCN was injured. But rat temperature declined and circadian
died out when pineal was injured and MT was injected to pineal. Conclusion The pineal regulate
rat temperature by melatonin.
