摘要
余弦分析法是一种处理生物节律性资料的有效方法。它以余弦函数为模型,以中值M、振幅A和峰值位相时φ为主要参数描述节律的特征。本文介绍余弦法的处理程序,并举例说明该法在预防医学上的应用。
Cosinor analysis is an efficient method developed in recent years in dealing with biological rhythms. To implement this method, the cosine function is used as a practical model, with parameters of M (mesor), A(ampletude) andφ (acropbase), to present the features of a given rhythm, This paper introduced analytical procedures of the method, and offered an example to indicate its significance in application to preventive medicine.
