摘要
放射治疗可以诱发 恶性肿瘤,且多数患者未得到及时治疗,疗效较差,因此需要密切随访。本文报告12例放射诱发的恶性肿瘤,结合文献回顾对放射致癌的病因、发病机制、诊断、潜伏期与辐射剂量关系及防治进行了讨论。
Radiothera-py can induce malignant tumors after a latent peri-od of several years. The treatment in most of the cases is late and ineffective, therefore careful follow-up is needed. The author reported 12 cases of radia-tion -induced malignant tumor. With re-view of literature, the pathogenic cause and pathogenesis, diagnosis, the relation between latent period and radiation dosage, prevention and treatment of radiation -induced tumor were discussed.
