摘要
本文对液膜法处理β萘磺酸钠工业废水中的废乳进行低压电破乳试验。研究了破乳温度、时间、电压以及液膜体系对破乳效果的影响。结果表明:对本实验所采用的液膜体系当破乳温度为 50℃~60℃、时间 25m in、电压 180~200 V 时,破乳效果较好,且破乳后的油相可多次重复使用,该法具有一定的实用价值。
The low voltage demulsion experiment by liquid membrane for treating sodium β naphthalene wastewater is carried out in this paper. The influence of temperature、voltage、time and the liquid membrane's composition on efficiency of demulsion is studied. The efficiency of demulsion is high at 50-60 ℃ 180-220 V and demulsion time of 25 min. It is shown from the experimence that the oil phase can be cyclically used after demulsion. Therefore , this methed has a certain practicality.
