摘要
对模拟高污染平整液废水进行硫酸破乳和投加混凝剂(硫酸亚铁、硫酸铝、三氯化铝、聚合氯化铝、聚合硫酸铁)破乳试验。结果表明:采用硫酸破乳和混凝剂破乳均可以达到较好的处理效果,CODCr和石油类的去除率分别在69%和93%以上,处理后的水BOD5/CODCr>0.3,可以满足后续的生化处理要求。
Sulfuric acid and coagulants (ferrous sulfate, aluminum sulfate, aluminum chloride, PAC, PFS)have been used for the pretreatment of emulsion wastewater discharged from cold rolling mill by the demulsification process. The results show that good effect can be obtained by using both sulfuric acid demulsification and coagulant demulsification. The removal rates of CODa and oil are over 69% and 93%, and BOD5/CODCr of the treated effluent are all higher than 0.3, indicating that it can meet the requirements of the following biochemical treatment.
