摘要
本文对我国汽车产品市场准入管理的历史沿革、管理内容与流程、标准要求、检验机构以及其他相关管理制度进行了介绍。目前我国汽车产品公告管理由国家工业和信息化部主管,由指定的中介机构承担相关管理业务,由授权的国家级检测机构进行产品质量检测。另外,我国汽车产品还应满足强制性认证(CCC)管理、国家环保认证管理、地方环保认证管理等要求。
This paper presents China's market access management systems for automotive products, including the history, content and processes, standards, inspection institute, and other relevant management systems. At present, the notice management of automotive products is in charged by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, executed by a designated agency and some authorized inspection institutes which carry out product quality testing. In addition, automotive products should meet the requirements of China compulsory certification (CCC), national environmental protection certification, local environmental protection.
