摘要
高效液力偶合器额定工况无滑差的特点,使大功率(> 300 k W )液力偶合器发热问题得到根本解决。就其设计方法进行分析,提出了斗轮及斗叶数的确定方法,并通过样机试验了解该偶合器的特性。
The problem of heat generation in a large power (>300 kW) fluid couplings has been solved by the high efficiency couplings with no sliding charascter at rated conditions. Its design method is analysed here in this paper, and the method of defining the number of buckets and bucket wheels is proposed. Through experiments on the prototype, the characteristics of the fluid couplings are manifested.
