摘要
高效液力耦合器额定工况无滑差的特点,基本上解决了大功率(>300kW)液力耦合器发热的问题,本文就其设计方法进行分析,提出了斗轮及斗叶数的确定方法,并通过样机试验了解该耦合器的特性。
The problem of excessive heat generation in a high-capacity (>300 KW) fluid coupling was resolved by the use of a high-efficiency coupling with a no-slip feature at rated operating conditions. This paper analyses the design method of such a coupling with the method for determining the number of buckets and bucket wheels being proposed. Furthermore, through tests of a sample unit the features of the coupling are identified.
