摘要
为促进采煤机CAE分析智能化的发展,将数据库技术引入采煤机CAE领域,给出了采煤机CAE分析数据库的基础库及元数据数据库的结构设计方案。通过对大采高采煤机关键零部件进行CAE分析,得到了完整、可信的数据,建立了采煤机CAE分析数据库。该数据库的有效性、可行性在已开发的采煤机CAE分析数据库系统中得到很好的验证。
To promote the development of shearer CAE analysis intelligent, the database technology was introduced into the field of shearer CAE analysis, and the structure design of the base library and the meta-data-base of shearer CAE analysis database was given. By doing CAE analysis to the key parts of the large mining height electric haulage shearer, a complete and reliable data were obtained, and shearer CAE analysis database was established. Effectiveness and feasibility of the database have been well verified in the shearer CAE analysis database systems.
