摘要
在.NET编程环境下,运用代理程序的方法从GenBank中获取中国地方鸡种数据,并将有关mtDNA的数据进行整理,引用Matlab生物信息学工具箱,以组件技术将其打包和发布,建成中国地方鸡种mtDNA数据库。实验人员可以应用系统发生分析组件、经过运算得到中国地方鸡种进化树图结果。说明通过Matlab、SQL和.NET混合编程构建中国地方鸡种mtDNA数据库系统,实现了基于mtDNA的中国地方鸡种生物进化关系分析功能。
Thousands of sequences were downloaded by agent program using. NET Studio. The phylogenetic analysis component had been designed, developed, packaged and distributed with cited Matlab bioinformatics toolkit, and then the Chinese local chicken species mtDNA customized database was built using the component. The database was a three hierarchical architecture composed of chicken nucleotide, mtDNA, and local mtDNA datasets. The system was also an integrated information workbench for the storage, retrieval, analysis of chicken nucleotide data.
