摘要
省市的创新辐射主要体现在中心化效率上,这也是环境技术创新效率的核心,实现了地区内环境技术创新的扩散,是区域可持续竞争优势的源泉。本文着重从中心化效率和投入产出效率的视角,测度我国六大地区26个省市的环境技术创新效率,并对比分析了西南地区5个省市环境技术创新效率的水平和特征,据此阐释其创新效率偏低的成因。
The innovation radiance of provinces and cities is reflected in the centralized efficiency,which is the core of the environmental technology innovation efficiency.And that implements the diffusion of environmental technology innovation in the region.That is the source of regional sustainable competitive advantage.This paper measures 26 provinces and cities in six different areas of China by input-output efficiency and centralized efficiency,and then compares the levels and characteristics of environmental technology innovation efficiency in the west of China with the other regions of China.According to this,this paper explaines the reason why the efficiency in the west is low.
