摘要
论述了独立学院资产问题研究的理论基础和现实基础,阐明了独立学院资产管理研究的必要性、可行性,揭示了当前独立学院资产管理现状以及普遍存在的问题,分析了独立学院资产管理中核心问题之一——无形资产和产权管理,并专门作了剖析,最后,探讨了独立学院资产管理的对策与建议,为独立学院乃至公立高校资产管理提供了又一种新思路。
In this paper,the theoretical and practical basis of the research of asset problems of independent colleges were discussed,the necessity and feasibility of the research of asset management of independence colleges were clarified,the current situation of asset management of independent colleges and the prevalent existing problems were presented.Furthermore,one of the core problems in asset management of independent colleges,the management of intangible asset and property right,was analyzed and the analysis of this core problem was made specifically.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions of asset management of independent colleges were discussed,which provided a new idea for asset management of independent colleges as well as public universities.
