高能聚焦超声刀对晚期胰腺癌止痛的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察高能聚焦超声刀对晚期胰腺癌止痛的疗效及安全性。方法:应用高能聚焦超声刀治疗晚期胰腺癌31例。结果:超声引导焦点定位精确可靠,高能聚焦超声刀具有无创安全、无并发症、癌性疼痛缓解率高、生活质量明显提高等优点。结论:高能聚焦超声刀对不能手术根治切除的胰腺癌,对缓解癌性疼痛,疗效显著。
