摘要
目的了解白族地区中学生考试焦虑影响因素。方法采用李焰编制的《中学生考试焦虑影响因素问卷》和中文版Sarason考试焦虑量表对937名在读中学生进行调查。结果考试焦虑影响因素总分为(75.75±21.52),最主要的影响因素是对学业不良和考试后果的担忧;考试焦虑各影响因素中,在独生子女、学习成绩、父亲文化程度、家庭经济状况上的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);部分考试焦虑影响因素在性别,锻炼、娱乐、父亲文化程度、家庭所在地的差异有统计学意义。结论白族地区中学生个人及家庭情况是导致考试焦虑的主要来源,故我们应建立不同的学习标准评价体系和注重家庭和谐氛围建设,降低非智力因素对考试成绩的影响。
Objective To explore the test anxiety influencing Factors of middle school students in the area of Bai ethnic group.Method 937 middle school students were investigated with the questionnaire of test anxiety influencing factors designed by Li Yan and the Chinese version of Sarason test anxiety scale.Results The total score of test anxiety influencing factors is(75.75±21.52).One of the major influencing factors is the worry about academic achievements and exam score;of all the test anxiety influencing factors,differences in singleton,learning achievement,father's educational background,family's economic conditions are statistically significant(P0.05 or P0.01).Part of the test anxiety influencing factors in gender,physical exercises,entertainment,father's educational background and residential location has statistically significant differences.Conclusion Students' personal and family background is the main source of test anxiety.We should establish different evaluation system on learning standards and emphasize harmonious atmosphere in family,so as to reduce influence of non-intelligence factors on students' academic achievements.
