摘要
目的 :了解体外冲击波碎石术 ( ESWL)治疗上尿路结石的远期效果。方法 :对我院应用JDPN— 型碎石机治疗的时间超过 5年的 4 0 8例上尿路结石患者进行随访。结果 :结石被粉碎 4 0 2例 ,占 98.5% ,其中完全排净者 373例 ,仍有残留结石者 2 9例 ;结石复发 2 3例 (复发率为 6.2 % ) ;碎石失败 6例。ESWL后血压升高 7例 ,肾萎缩 4例。结论 :只要严格掌握适应证 ,正确选择病例 ,控制冲击次数和治疗能量 ,ESWL治疗上尿路结石的远期效果是好的。
Purpose: To evaluate the long-term effect of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) on treatment of upper urinary tract calculi. Methods: We followed up 408 patients with upper urinary tract calculi who were treated by JDPN-Ⅲ lithotriptor between May 1989 and Aug. 1991. Results: The hypertension was found in 7 patients (2.5%) and renal atrophy in 4(1%). The success rate of stone disintegration was 98.5% (402 cases), the complete discharging rate being 92.8% (373/402) and the rate of residual stones 7.2% (29/402). ESWL failed in 6 patients. In the complete discharging patients, stone recurrence occurred in 23 cases (6.2%). Conclusions: If the indications of ESWL are strictly considered including patient selection and numbers of wave pulsation and energy, the long-term effect of ESWL on the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi is ideal.
