摘要
应用大鼠孤立肾模型间隔不同期间重复体外冲击波处理,检测尿酶NAG活性、内生肌酐清除率及观察组织形态学变化,以研究体外冲击波(ESW)对肾脏损伤程度与重复处理的间隔期间关系。结果:第一次ESW处理后NAG显著升高,EC0显著降低;第二次ESW处理后,3d组和1周组NAG进一步显著升高,ECC进一步显著降低,而2周组、3周组和4周组上述生化指标均未见显著改变,组织学病变程度也较轻。结论:ESW冲击鼠肾可造成一定的肾实质损伤,重复ESW处理,其间隔期间小于1周时肾损伤较间隔期间大于2周时为重。本实验为肾结石病人进行重复体外冲击波治疗间隔期间的选择提供了实验资料,值得在临床实践中加以进一步研究与探索。
Repeated ESWL treatments at different intervals on isolated kidney in rats were studied. The activity of urine NAG and endogenous creatinine clearance rate AS well as histological study of kidney were carried out for testing renal damage. The results indicated that the ESWL caused certain damage to renal parenchyma. The damage caused by repeated ESWL treatment in one-week intervals was more severe than that caused at more than two weeks intervals. This study makes a reference for selection of time interval between two successive ESWL treatment.
