摘要 早期乳腺癌患者一般都有较好的预后,然而辅助化疗所导致的闭经却严重影响患者的生活质量和生育能力.年龄是化疗诱导停经的重要影响因素,而化疗方案对其并无显著影响.化疗致闭经(CIA)可改善激素受体阳性患者的无病生存率(DFS)和总生存率(OS),对于低危或有生育要求的患者,应选用合适的方法保护患者的卵巢功能. The majority of women diagnosed with early-stage breast-cancer have an excellent long-term prognosis, but many still suffer from worsened life quality and infertility caused by chemotherapy-induced amenorrhea(CIA). The risk of CIA varies by patient age, but is not significantly influenced by chemotherapeutic regimens. CIA will improve disease-free survival and overall survival for patients with hormonal receptor positive tumors. For low-risk patients and patients with the intention of maintaining fertility, proper treatments need to be chosen to preserve their reproductive function.
